Balance Muffins and Drinks

 

Balance muffins
  • all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • hazelnuts
  • chocolate
  • blueberries
  • baking powder
  • apple vinegar

I sift it into two bowls. I add cocoa powder into one and slowly pour soy milk in while whisking into a smooth batter. When it is nicely smooth, I add baking powder and a spoon of apple vinegar and mix shortly. In the end, I add blueberries and put in the preheated oven immediately. I bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees C / 390 F.

 

I put finely and coarsely ground hazelnuts into the second bowl and repeat the procedure for making the batter like with the first one.

 

Balance drinks
  • soy milk
  • dark chocolate
  • white chocolate

 

Soy milk and chocolate

I heat it up and divide the amount in half. I put the dark chocolate in one half and the white chocolate in the other. I let the chocolate melt, then whisk both parts of chocolate milk to become foamy. Chocolate will add nice creaminess and a little thickness.

 

I sometimes serve the balance muffins and drinks still hot, sometimes cold.
Black or white - there’s no wrong or right - only yin and yang.
